What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 50 kg per consignment for trial and sample orders. Regular import programs typically run 200–500 kg per weekly shipment. Contact us if your requirement is outside these ranges — we can often accommodate.
What markets do you currently export to?
We currently supply importers in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong via air cargo. If your market is not listed, please enquire — we assess new destinations case by case.
How long does shipping take?
Air cargo door-to-door transit times from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi: Taiwan 10–14 hours, Singapore 8–10 hours, Malaysia 8–10 hours, Hong Kong 6–8 hours. Lead time from order confirmation to departure is typically 3–5 business days.
Do you offer OEM or private label packaging?
Yes. We can pack under your brand name with your label design. Supply us your artwork; we handle print-coordination with our Thai packaging partner. Minimum order for OEM is 500 units per design.
What certifications does the product carry?
Each shipment comes with a Thai DLD phytosanitary certificate. Our produce complies with EU MRL Regulation 396/2005 and Codex Alimentarius pesticide residue standards. Non-GMO declaration available on request.
Can we get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. We offer sample consignments from 50 kg to allow you to assess quality with your buyers. Sample pricing is at standard rate; trial order shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
